VOXY Terms of Service

Last updated: July 26, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using VOXY, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What VOXY is

VOXY is an AI-powered phone assistant that can answer calls, filter spam, take messages, book appointments, and connect to your Google Calendar, according to the subscription tier you select.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use VOXY. Business accounts represent that they have authority to act on behalf of the business they represent.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account and business information
  • Ensuring you have the right to forward or route the phone number connected to VOXY
  • Complying with call recording consent laws applicable to you and your callers
  • Not using VOXY for unlawful purposes, including robocalling, harassment, fraud, or spam
  • Keeping your account credentials secure

5. Subscription and billing

  • Plans and pricing are described at the time of signup and may change with notice
  • Included call volumes and features vary by plan; additional usage may be covered by credit packs as described in your plan
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law

6. AI-generated content

VOXY uses artificial intelligence to understand and respond to callers. While we work to make responses accurate and helpful, AI-generated summaries, responses, and bookings may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing important bookings, messages, and summaries, especially for time-sensitive or critical matters. VOXY is not a substitute for human judgment in situations requiring it.

7. Third-party services

VOXY relies on third-party providers (including Twilio, Vapi, Anthropic, and Google) to function. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these providers, though we will work to minimize disruption to your service.

8. Google Calendar connection

If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize VOXY to check availability and create or modify events on your behalf, strictly for the purpose of providing the appointment booking feature. You can disconnect this access at any time in Settings.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOXY and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed calls, incorrect bookings, or AI errors, beyond the amount paid for the service in the preceding 3 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings.

11. Changes to the service or terms

We may update VOXY's features or these terms over time. Material changes to the terms will be communicated via email or an in-app notice before taking effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where VOXY is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
